> The school is located in one of the
oldest districts of Paris, called " Le Marais ", in a beautiful
turn-of-the-century building.
It is very close to the Place de la République and
easily accessible by public transport : Metro lines : 3,5,8,9,11
(République) 3 (Temple) ; numerous bus lines.
Several famous museums are within walking distance from
the school (Centre Pompidou, Musée Picasso), as well
as many art galleries.
Not far are the trendy fashion areas , shops and department
stores.
> The school building is organised on
a square plan on three levels around a central yard and
the different departments are easily reachable.
Practical information
> Courses are held Monday to Friday
from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. Some optional workshops are open
on Saturday mornings (photography,CAD, printing).
> Lunch is generally from 11:30 to 12h30,
or from12:30 to 1:30 and meals can be taken in the groundfloor
school restaurant. Tickets can be bought at the bursary's
office (comptabilité, room 211) for about 2.5 €.
Sandwiches and quick meals are also available in the numerous
fast food restaurants , cafĂs and counters around the school,
but at a higher price.
Remember that the students restaurants in Paris can also
be used (around 2.5 € meal). See list of " Resto

> A library is located on the first
floor (room 107) and open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It provides
a wide range of reference books on art, design, fashion
and textile, and a selection of magazines in French, English
and Italian. Books and magazines can be borrowed for study
or photocopy purposes, but cannot leave the school premises.
