> Photocopying - black and white or
colour - is possible on the self-service machines located
in the corridors on each level, and in each department,
with a card, which can be purchased from the machine on
the first floor.
> A students' association (BDE) located
near the dining-room can help students to integrate and
organizes concerts, parties, trips and outings. NB : Due
to the shortage of working space, students cannot leave
their works at school, and will often have to do a lot of
work at home. Smoking is prohibited in the school premises.
> To register in Duperré, foreign
students must send a letter and CV, together with a book
containing a selection of their works and a statement about
their project, before the end of May for the fall semester,
before the end of Novembre for the spring semester. After
agreement from the school, an appointment with the International
Relations Officer must be taken on arrival. Then a week's
observation period will be spent in the chosen department
to determine the suitable courses according to the students'
wishes and abilities.
> On arrival, foreign students are requested
to provide a copy of the following documents :
> Social security card or contract or E111 form for European
students. Non European students staying for a whole academic
year are advised to take a French social security contract
for students (about 180 ô).
>> Personal insurance contract covering civil liability
It is advisable to open a bank account in France for a stay
of more than 3 months. The following documents are generally
requested prior to any opening :
>>> A valid passport
>>>>A certificate from host institution
